Virtual Law Day Conversation
"Witness to History: Reflections on Jan. 6, 2021"
On Friday, April 30, 2021, the college invited our law community to participate in a special Law Day program featuring U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown giving his reflections on the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection with moderator Judge Benita Y. Pearson of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Law Day is held annually by the American Bar Association to celebrate the role of law in our society and to cultivate a deeper understanding of the legal profession.
The event was free and open to the public, with 1 hour CLE approved. The Zoom webinar was hosted by Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Visit CMLaw to learn more about the speakers.
