About The UT Access Pharmacy
The UT Access Pharmacy is a new and unique addition to the UT Health Outpatient Pharmacy System. UT Access Pharmacy is committed to providing compassionate patient centered care to those individuals receiving high risk and/or high dollar medications. We understand the heightened need for comprehensive care in these patients and hope to extend our services to all outpatient clinics utilizing specialty medications. We are dedicated to providing high quality patient care.
Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
We are closed on weekends and all major holidays.

Meet Our Staff
Sarah Lorenzen, Pharm D - UT Access Pharmacy Manager, Outpatient Clinical Pharmacist
Sarah is a UT alumna who received her Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2015. She also completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Toledo Medical center, during which she began providing specialty pharmacy services in the outpatient setting. She has worked at the UT Access Pharmacy since its startup in July 2016.
Amanda Porter, Pharm D - Outpatient Clinical Pharmacist
Amanda is a UT alumna who received her Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2015. She then completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency in Winchester, Virginia before coming back to Toledo to join the UT Access Pharmacy team in July of 2016.
Amal Abdoney, MPH - CPhT II
Amal is a UT alumna who received her Masters of Public Health in 2016. She spent three years as a retail Certified Pharmacy Technician before joining the UT Access Pharmacy team in September of 2016.
