LIFEGUARD INSTRUCTOR

The Lifeguarding Instructor (LGI) course trains instructor candidates to teach American Red Cross student-level courses including Lifeguarding, Waterpark Skills, and CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Health Care Providers.
Instructor candidates who hold a current student-level Waterfront Skills certificate will also be able to teach the Waterfront Skills course. This instructor course does not teach student-level lifeguarding skills and knowledge. Participants must come to class already knowing student-level lifeguarding content.
