University College Course Grievance Procedure and Form
In conjunction with The University of Toledo, University College recognizes a student’s right to due process. The University understands the need to assure that student grievances about faculty actions are evaluated fairly and equitably and, for this purpose, UT has an established academic grievance policy and procedures for undergraduate and graduate students, which are outlined below. Prior to filing a university grievance form, University College students should follow the internal process for University College. After the University College ruling has been determined, students may still pursue the university process if they so desire.
