Neff College of Business Academic Grievance Policy and Process

In conjunction with the University of Toledo, the College of Business and Innovation recognizes a student’s right to due process. The University understands the need to assure that student grievances about faculty actions are evaluated fairly and equitably and, for this purpose, UT has an established academic grievance policy and procedures for undergraduate and graduate students, which are outlined below.  Prior to filing a university grievance form, Neff College of Business and Innovation students should follow the internal process for the College of Business and Innovation. After the Neff College of Business and Innovation ruling has been determined, students may still pursue the university process if they so desire.
