IRocket Instructions for H-1B Department Contacts
Return to a Visa Sponsorship Request
If you signed out of iRocket and need to go back to an employee's forms, follow the instructions below:
- You do not need to complete the entire request at one time.
- You can log out of iRocket and return later to your visa sponsorship request.
- To return to a request you have already started, use your own UTAD username and password to log into iRocket.
- Click “Departmental Services” and then “My Current Cases” for a list of your current cases.
- Under "Current Cases," locate the name of the beneficiary.
- Click the link under “Application” to go straight to the sponsorship request.

Complete a Visa Sponsorship Request Begun by Someone Else
- In cases where the person submitting iRocket requests for your department changes, you can pick up where someone else left off on an iRocket request.
- First email CISP and request access as the new Department Contact.
- Once you receive the email granting access, log into iRocket.
- Follow the instructions in the section of this document entitled Log into iRocket as a Departmental User.
- In My Current Cases, you will see a list of e-forms. Each will show the status so that you can see which ones are already submitted and which ones still need to be done.
- You will then be taken to the relevant forms for your sponsorship.
NOTE: The Departmental Compliance Certification form is not available until ALL forms have been submitted by you and any second approvers.
