CISP International Travel Grant

The Center for International Studies and Programs (CISP) International Travel Grant was established to provide funds for UToledo students to participate in quality international programs. Funds are generated through students’ general fees and are awarded in amounts from $200 to $1,000. Grant money is intended to be used for or international airfare. Based on available funding, students may only be awarded one international travel grant per semester.  

ELIGIBILITY

  • Must be a full-time student. 

  • Must have a cumulative 2.5 GPA or higher.

  • Must participate in an approved affiliated or UToledo-sponsored international program (i.e., faculty-led, exchange, or credit-bearing research).

  • The international trip must be associated with academic credit.

DEADLINES FOR TRAVEL GRANT

Spring

Spring Break

January 31

For students going on a faculty-led trip in May, please follow the summer deadline.

The Committee requires sufficient time to review applications before the selection process begins. Due to this fact, no exceptions can be made on deadline submissions.
