For university purchases of goods or services in the categories listed below, employees are required to use the contracted agreements that have been established per Procurement Policy 3364-40-15. There are many benefits to aggregation of the university's spend that will allow for the continual review and negotiation with our supplier partners to provide value added and cost effective solutions for our institution.

Where there is an * asterisk in the chart below, this denotes a supplier diversity option exists within the category.   Supplier diversity categories include certified minority, women or veteran owned businesses as well as small disadvantaged businesses.   You will also see this symbol   denoted on the webpage again signifying a diverse vendor option exists.
