WHEREAS, Dr. Patricia R. Komuniecki serve The University of Toledo with distinction as Vice Provost for Graduate Affairs and Dean of the College of Graduate Studies.

WHEREAS, Dr. Patricia R. Komuniecki’s leadership in the College of Graduate Studies was critical to the successful reorganization of Colleges and graduate programs at the University of Toledo, and

WHEREAS, Dr. Patricia R. Komuniecki has been a relentless advocate for graduate programs and graduate students at the University of Toledo.
