BE IT RESOLVED, that the Graduate Council expresses its deep gratitude to Dr. Constantine
Theodosiou for his service as Interim Dean of the College of Graduate Studies during
the 2007-2008 academic year, and especially for his significant efforts on behalf
of graduate studies within a changing environment at our University.
