WHEREAS, Dr. Barry W. Scheuermann served with distinction and outstanding leadership as Interim Dean of the College of Graduate Studies and Vice Provost for Graduate Affairs during the 2020-2021 academic year.

WHEREAS, Dr. Barry W. Scheuermann during a most unusual year demonstrated exceptional leadership to maintain support for graduate students and faculty,

WHEREAS, Dean Scheuermann was tireless in his quest to communicate and advocate for the unique role of graduate faculty and graduate students to campus administrators,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that The University of Toledo Graduate Council extends its deepest appreciation to Dr. Barry W. Scheuermann for his unfailing commitment to graduate studies at The University of Toledo.
