Alumni of any of Ohio's colleges and universities can attend The University of Toledo for graduate school and pay in-state tuition for select programs.

Effective beginning in academic year 2020-21, UToledo has reduced the out-of-state surcharge to only $1 for graduate students who received their bachelor's degrees in Ohio.
