New Graduate Teaching Assistant Orientation & Training

Welcome new graduate teaching assistants! The College of Graduate Studies and the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning team up each year to host the New Graduate Teaching (TA) Assistant Orientation & Training. The New Graduate TA Orientation & Training is designed to equip you with knowledge on procedures, best practices, and resources as you begin instructional duties at UToledo.

When Is The New Graduate TA Orientation & Training?

This training is held annually at the start of the fall semester and is open to new teaching assistants as well as returning teaching assistants seeking a refresher. Stay tuned for updates as we near Fall 2024!

This training is an intensive, two hour session split into two sessions.
