community. The telephones are available for purchase only.
How to Order New Equipment
New Telephones, Batteries, and Chargers
To request a new Ascom telephone, please contact the IT Help Desk at https://www.utoledo.edu/it/CS/HelpDesk.html. Please include the department index that you want it charged to.
Once approved, the telecommunications team will process your order. This will take approximately two to three weeks. All orders for Ascom telephones or spare parts will be billed to the department listed on the form.
- We recommend that you begin to stock spare batteries and activate spare telephones for after hour resolution
How to REport issues or problems
Requests for issues or problems with your telephone will be addressed the next business day. When reporting issues you, please include your name, Ascom telephone number, the issue you are experiencing, an alternate contact number and your building and room number on the ticket.
