Microsoft Teams Meeting in Cisco Equipped Conference Rooms
The UToledo Conferencing System can now utilize Cisco endpoints to host and join Microsoft Teams meetings. This
includes the use of these endpoints to provide a high level of individual participant
support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
One of the benefits of videoconferencing is the ability for both ends of the conference
to see and hear each other. This gives the participants the feeling that they are
meeting face to face. Video conferencing saves time by allowing meeting participants
to eliminate travel to another campus or site.
To join a Microsoft Teams meeting with Cisco conferencing equipment:
1. Dial utoledo@m.webex.com from the touch panel in the conference room.
2. Enter the 10-digit Video Conference ID in the meeting details (example below).
