Lucy Duhon is Scholarly Communications Librarian and Collection Sharing Coordinator for the University Libraries and since October 2020 has also served as the overall coordinator of Collection Services.  In early 2017, she assumed responsibility also for Carlson Library’s membership in the Federal Depository Library Program.  Ms. Duhon also serves as liaison to and selector for the UT Art Department as well as the Teacher Education department for the Judith Herb College of Arts, Social Sciences and Education.  Prior to her current roles, she managed traditional journal and electronic resource collections for the libraries.  Between 2011 and 2016 she served as chair of the Library Faculty.  Professor Duhon has an interest in open access publishing, open educational resources, the responsible conduct of research, and furthering the use of government information.  In 2018, she completed a Master of Legal Studies degree with a concentration in intellectual property and in 2024 she completed a certificate in Open Education Librarianship though the consortium, OhioLINK.
