Carlson Library Room Reservation Request
Renovation updates:
Carlson Library plans on extensive renovations on the first floor during the summer and extending into the fall. The following spaces will be affected:
- Tabling will be unavailable for summer semester
- CL1005 and 1005A will be closed during the summer and fall semesters, with plans for a bigger and better event space to open in spring 2026
- 1009 is no longer a room avaailble for reservations
- 1025 and 1027 are no longer available for reservations

Reservations can only be made by UToledo Faculty & Staff. Student workers making requests on behalf of their employer must use supervisor's contact information for acceptance.
Students can use the Room Reservation Request form below to reserve CL1024K - Student Interview Room. Requests made less than 24-hours in advance for CL 1024K may not be considered.
Student Organizations must use InvoNet to reserve CL 2003 - Student Organization Suite. Event Request process can be found on the Office of Student Engagement Event Planning page. Requests made less than a week in advance for CL 2003 will not be considered.
