Carlson Library Room Reservation Request

University Libraries' Services during  Campus Closure & Remote Classes
As of 5 pm March 18 and for the remainder of Spring Semester, Carlson Library will be closed and our personnel will be working from home. There will be a slight delay in response/acceptance of all reservations. Please note Carlson Library is not taking reservations for the remainder of the Spring Semester. Please feel free to submit reservations for Fall 2020. More information on the University's COVID-19 plan can be found here.

Reservations can only be made by UToledo Faculty & Staff. Student workers making requests on behalf of their employer must use supervisor's contact information for acceptance.

Student Organizations must use InvoNet to reserve CL 2003 - Student Organization Suite. Event Request process can be found on the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership site at this link. Requests made less than a week in advance will not be considered.
