COVID - 19 University Libraries' Room Reservation Update

Room Reservations have been temporarily suspended for the 2020 - 2021 academic term.

Reservations can only be made by UToledo Faculty & Staff. Student workers making requests on behalf of their employer must use supervisor's contact information for acceptance.

Please review the Carlson Library Room Details and University Libraries Reservation Guidelines prior to submitting this form.

Student Organizations must use InvoNet to reserve CL 2003 - Student Organization Suite. Event Request process can be found on the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership site at this link. Requests made less than a week in advance will not be considered.
