Description

The University of Toledo COMLS Department of Neurology is recruiting Neurologists and Neurology subspecialists to join their expanding department.  The University has operationalized a new and exciting educational affiliation with a comprehensive health care network of specialized hospitals and outpatient facilities in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.

Multiple faculty positions are available for academic neurologists with an interest and/or expertise in specialties noted.  Neurologists with MD/DO or MD/PhD degree and funded research are strongly encouraged to apply.

Neuroophthalmology

  • Join a pre-existing Neuroophthalmology service line with state of the art clinic, equipment, and dedicated staff

pediatric Neurology

  • Opportunity to play an integral part in expanding Pediatric Neurology clinical services, currently staffed by two Board Certified Pediatric Neurologists and three APPs
  • Provides comprehensive neurological services to a diverse population

Behavioral Neurology

  • Join multiple neurologists and APPs to develop and enhance delivery of care to patients with cognitive disorders
  • On site Neuropsychologists available
  • Neurologists with extramural funding are strongly encouraged to apply

Neuroimmunology/Multiple Sclerosis

  • Join a pre-existing Neuroimmunology service line with an infusion center
  • Opportunity to develop a strong academic program in a collegial and collaborative environment

  • Strong and growing academic neurology programs

Generalist

  • Predominantly academic outpatient clinical practice with tele-neurology opportunities
  • Practice in a new, state-of-the-art outpatient clinical facility
