Congratulations to MD/PhD student Darren Gordon (Hinds Lab) who placed 1st last weekend at the Ohio Physiological Society for his poster titled "Bilirubin Induces PPARα Transcription for Metabolic Regulation".  As the recipient of this award, Darren received the Aurora Scientific Travel Award to attend the Experimental Biology Conference.

Several MOME Track students attended the 2019 Lab Coat Ceremony of the Biomedical Science Graduate Program on September 5, 2019 in support of the their fellow students that entered the program starting this fall.

 We're pleased to welcome five new students into our MOME Track program this fall.  The new PhD students are pictured starting from the left - Juthika Mandal, Xue Mei and Fathima Dhilhani Mohammed Faleel.   The new MSBS students on the right side are Emily Waigi and Syed Hasan.  Welcome!!
