To capture an on-campus event or other on-location photography, such as environmental portraits or classroom activities, complete this Location/Event Photography request form. Please provide specific details in the description.

It is important to make sure you are on time for your scheduled appointment. If not, we will need to reschedule. If you need to change your appointment, please call 419.530.2286 as soon as possible.
