Order a Rocket Card

Students*
If you are a new student, you should order and pick-up your Rocket Card during Rocket Launch, the new student orientation. If you need to order a new Rocket Card or a replacement, please follow the steps below:

  • Log into your MyUT
  • Click Request New/Replacement Rocket Card, which you will find under My Other Resources
  • Review personal information
  • Select Rocket Card (ID) pick-up location
  • Upload your photo
  • Click Submit

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to your UToledo email account when your request has been successfully submitted. Another automatic email will be sent to the same account when your ID is ready for pick-up. The  Rocket Card has a fee that is due upon submission. 


Employees*

If you are a new employee, you should order and pick-up your Rocket Card during the week of your new hire orientation. If you need to order a Rocket Card, follow the steps below:

  • Log into your MyUT
  • Click Request New/Replacement Rocket Card under Other Services
  • Review personal information
  • Select pick-up location
  • Upload your photo
  • Click Submit

As a new University employee, your first Rocket Card is complimentary. If you damage or lose your card, a replacement fee will be assessed. Payment will be collected upon pick-up. Acceptable forms of payment include cash and checks made payable to The University of Toledo at the time of pick up, no credit cards will be accepted. 

 

Affiliates*

If you are a new affiliate, you should order and pick-up your Rocket Card from the pickup location chosen at time of request.  If you need to order a Rocket Card, follow the steps below:

  • Log into your MyUT
  • Click Request New/Replacement Rocket Card under WorkPlace Tools
  • Review personal information
  • Select pick-up location
  • Upload your photo
  • Click Submit

As a new University affiliate, your first Rocket Card is complimentary. If you damage or lose your card, a replacement fee will be assessed. Payment will be collected upon pick-up. Acceptable forms of payment include cash and checks made payable to The University of Toledo at the time of pick up, no credit cards will be accepted. 


Departmental 

If you are looking to order a Rocket Card on behalf of your department for a new hire, follow the process below. 

 

*For any student, employee or affiliate requesting a replacement Rocket Card that has also enrolled in mobile credentials (Rocket Mobile ID), the current mobile credential will be retired when the replacement card is printed. Please log back in to your eAccounts app to 'Add to Wallet' if you choose to utilize this feature again.
