Order a Rocket Card

Students
If you are a new student, you should order and pick-up your Rocket Card during Rocket Launch, the new student orientation. If you did not receive your Rocket Card or need a replacement, please follow the steps below:

  • Log into your MyUT
  • Click "Request New/Replacement Rocket Card", which you will find under "My Other Resources"
  • Review personal information
  • Select Rocket Card (ID) pick-up location
  • Upload your photo
  • Click "Submit" 

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to your UToledo email account when your request has been successfully submitted. Another automatic email will be sent to the same account when your ID is ready for pick-up. The  Rocket Card has a $35 fee that is charged to your student account. 


Employees

If you are a new employee, you should order and pick-up your Rocket Card during the week of your new hire orientation. If you did not pick-up your Rocket Card, follow the steps below:

  • Log into your MyUT
  • Click "Request New/Replacement Rocket Card" under "My Other Resources"
  • Review personal information
  • Select pick-up location
  • Upload your photo
  • Click "Submit" 

Your first Rocket Card is complimentary. If you damage or lose your card and need a replacement, there will be a $35 fee. Payment will be collected upon pick-up. Acceptable forms of payment include cash and checks made payable to The University of Toledo at the time of pick up, no credit cards will be accepted. 


Departmental 

If you are looking to order a Rocket Card on behalf of your department for a new hire, follow the process below.
