Fitness Challenge

The Fitness Team hosts various fitness challenges to increase positive lifestyle and behavior change for our campus community. Our fitness challenges are FREE for all students and members. Learn about our current fitness challenge below!

March 21 - April 17

Easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Pick up a punch card from your RocketEX fitness instructor or from the Rec entry desk!
  2. Complete a workout to earn a punch from your instructor or staff member at the entry desk.
  3. Earn 10 punches by April 17 to win a FREE t-shirt. Once your punch card is complete, turn it in to your fitness instructor or the entry desk staff.


What counts as a workout? Here are some examples:

  • 30+ min walk
  • 30+ min lift with barbell
  • 30+ minute RocketEX class
  • 30+ minute personal training session
