NIRSA Movement Challenge

What is the challenge?

The National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA) is leading a country-wide movement challenge running from April 6 - May 3 that enables university students, faculty and staff to compete against other colleges and universities.

How do I sign up?

UToledo students, faculty, staff and alumni with an or email can access online fitness classes from more than 40 schools through NIRSA's online Movement Challenge Platform, where they can self-report their minutes of physical activity. Self-reported physical activity does not need to come from participation in the virtual group fitness classes; it can come from any type of movement they enjoy.

Check out the leaderboard to see where UToledo ranks in the competition. Let’s bring it, Rockets!

Once you have created your NIRSA Recreation Movement Challenge account, and have authenticated your email, you will be able to sign up for classes each time by going to the NIRSA Recreation Movement Challenge Portal.
