The set of hashtag's (ie: #unboxingutisc #3m  …or #other sponsors) are important so UTISC can track students' posts and know which social media competition(s) they are entering and if students have earned engagement points.  Without the hashtags, UTISC would have to scroll through each students’ LinkedIn activity, which is not feasible.  Having a set of hashtags helps to narrow the feed down to UTISC and 3M (or other sponsors) instead of all of the other employees, customers, influencers, etc who are hashtagging 3M (or other sponsors).
