The Office of International Student & Scholar Services (OISSS) is committed to providing The University of Toledo and Greater NW Ohio area with quality international education programming and community engagement. It is our belief that through exchange and engagement of with people of diverse cultures improve the human condition and bring forth a positive international culture.

UT Explorers - The UT Explorers team works to enhance the linguistic and cultural competencies of campus learners and scholars while promoting a culture of lifelong learning by providing opportunities for collaboration and engagement with The University of Toledo campuses and the Toledo communities. We encourage the development of global citizenship through innovative programming.
Global Classroom Project - CISP and the local school districts partnership for Global Citizenship
Global Voices Speakers Program (GVSP) - is a UT campus resource created to support the internationalization of the UT curriculum, and to provide a means for international students to be actively involved in campus academic affairs.
International Education Week - UT's celebration of the joint initiative from the Department of Education and Department of State.
International Student of the Year Award- Each spring one international student is recognized for thier outstanding efforts in scholastic achievements, campus engagement, and community involvement.
