About International Student Welcome Week
International Student Welcome Week is a one-week program that aims to provide new international students an opportunity to get familiar with the UToledo campus and university resources. The programs combines helpful workshops, presentations and activities on academic support, housing, residence life, campus jobs, campus tour, insurance and classroom expectations for international students. Students will have a chance to meet with university faculty and staff, connect with U.S. students, make lots of new friends!

Come and join us for a tour of the Toledo Museum of Art. One of the top 10 art museums in the U.S. (lunch is on your own, there is a restaurant at the museum). Only 28 seats available!

Meet & Greet with CISP and International Admissions (MANDATORY for all international students)
Meet the CISP team and the International Admissions team, as well as the International Student Association (ISA). You will be able to learn about the CISP resources that will be very beneficial for you during your academic years, and the best part is that we will provide FREE lunch to all our new international students during the Meet & Greet!
- Time: 11:00am to 12:30pm.
- Location Student Union Auditorium (all students must be there by 10:45am).
CISP International Resource Fair (MANDATORY for all international students)
Come and join us for the CISP International Resource Fair. Over 30 offices on campus will be at the fair to promote their services and programs. Free giveaways for all who attend!
- Time: 12:30pm to 2:00pm.
- Location: Student Union Auditorium.
UToledo Athletics Experience
Tour the Savage Arena and see where our Rockets compete against rival universities. This tour will include a backstage walkthrough.
- Time: 2:15pm to 3:00pm.
- Location: Savage Arena.
REC Center Tour
Tour the REC Center and see all the structure that UToledo offers for the students: indoor tennis courts, badminton, basketball, a complete modern fitness gym, an indoor track field, pools, rock climbing wall, among other cool stuff!
- Time: 3:15pm to 4:00pm
- Location: Recreation Center
University of Toledo Police Department (UTPD) Tour
Meet the University of Toledo police officers and tour the University of Toledo Police Department, including the campus surveillance room, police cars, police gear, and so much more cool stuff.
- Time: 4:15pm to 5:00pm.
- Location: University of Toledo Police Department (3333 Dorr St.).

Join CISP for a day of fun competitions. Team up with a friend and compete for the chance of wining cool prizes!
- Time: 11:00am to 2:00pm (all students must arrive by 10:30am).
- Location: Meet in Centennial Mall, in front of Snyder Memorial.
Ice Cream Social
Come and enjoy delicious ice cream while making new friends! In this event CISP will bring together our new international students and our curent international students.
- Time: 2:00am to 3:00pm.
- Location: In front of CISP (Snyder Memorial building, room 1000).
