Join us for our Financial Aid Workshops!

Receive personalized assistance from financial aid staff with completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and applying for UToledo donor scholarships.

The event is open to prospective and current students. Workshops will take place Thursday, Jan. 16 and Monday, Jan. 27, 2025 from 4-6 p.m. in the Carlson Library. Registration is recommended, but walk-ins are welcome.

Monday, Jan. 27

Free parking can be found in areas 10 or 13. Please have your license plate number available at check-in. Taking a picture of your license plate is recommended.

Students should bring the following items to the event:

  • Your Social Security Number
  • Your Alien Registration Number (if you are not a U.S. citizen)
  • You and your spouse’s (if applicable) 2023 federal income tax returns, W-2 forms and other records of wages earned in 2023
  • Bank statement, records of investment and business income (if applicable)
  • Records of untaxed income (if applicable)
  • Your Federal Student Aid ID (FSA ID)*

The parent(s) of dependent students will also need to bring the above information.

*The Federal Student Aid ID (FSA ID) is used to sign and complete the FAFSA application and other U.S. Department of Education electronic forms. Visit studentaid.gov to create or retrieve your FSA ID.
