Assistant in Pathology Training Program

The Assistant in Pathology program at the University of Toledo offers you:

  • Personalized teaching and small class sizes
  • Dedicated, experienced faculty
  • Early hands-on learning
  • A simulation lab and anatomy lab

The program is a full-time 22-month curriculum culminating in a Master of Science in Biomedical Science (MSBS) degree. The curriculum includes didactic schedule, hands-on experience in surgical pathology gross room and autopsy services. During clinical rotation, students will go through rotations in various laboratory sections for a wide-ranging experience.

The next application period will be November 1, 2021 to March 1, 2022, for the class beginning August 2022
Interviews will be scheduled beginning March 2022.
Selection of applicants will be on a rolling basis concluding May 2022.
