PhD In Biomedical Science

PhD In Biomedical Science helps prepares students for an independent career in research through active participation in faculty-mentored laboratory research.

Master of Science in Biomedical Science

Assistant in Pathology 22-month program includes didactic courses and hand-on experience rotations to prepare students for the ASCP certification exam.

Bioinformatics

Medical Physics (Diagnostic Radiology, Radiation Oncology) is a 2-year program with concentration in Diagnostic Imaging Physics and Radiation Oncology Physics.

Medical Sciences is a 1-year post-baccalaureate program designed to provide students who have compete all prerequisites for medical school with resources to strengthen their academic credentials as they prepare their application to medical school.

Oral Biology (Dental Residents only)

Physician Assistant program is a 27-month program that prepares students to sit for the NCCPA Physician Assistant Nation Certifying Exam (PANCE) and apply for licensure to practice medicine as a physician assistant in any state.

Transplantation and Donation Sciences is 40 credit hour program that prepare students to coordinate and oversee organ donation and transplantation. Can be completed on campus or on-line.

Master of Clinical Research degree is a 31-credit program that brings together the university's clinical care expertise and research excellence. It can be completed in three semesters full-time, or over three to four years if part-time.


Graduate Certificates

Bioinformatics Proteomics/Genomics: This certificate program introduces students to the rapidly evolving fields of bioinformatics, proteomics and genomics, and provides a core knowledge of analytical approaches used in these fields. 3 courses.

Undergraduate Programs

Bachelor of Science (B.S) Neuroscience: Housed in the College of Natural Science & mathematics and College of Medicine & Life Sciences, neuroscience is a great degree program if you want to go to medical school or are just curious how the brain works and plays an important part in how we function every day.

Bachelor of Science (B.S) Radiation Therapy is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to be a certified radiation therapist. Two years of pre-specialization coursework and two years of professional training includes coursework, practical laboratories, and exercises offered in the Department of Radiation Oncology and practical training in local radiation therapy clinics.

Undergraduate Certificate

Emergency Medical Services Basic EMT Certificate. Basic EMT courses are offered in either a two-semester fall option (great to take as an elective for pre-med students or those carrying more than six credit hours) and an accelerated one-semester spring option open to the public or students that are enrolled in under six credit hours.

Students are well prepared to pass the national registry exam and become certified EMTs in Ohio

Emergency Medical Services Paramedic Program. Certified EMTs can earn certification as a paramedic in our three-semester program.
