Duties of the Compliance Officer
- Make compliance a part of everyday activities at the institution.
- Oversee the various aspects of the compliance program to ensure that they are being performed as designed.
- Communicate with the president and other officials, information on the operation of the compliance program with emphasis on those instances of noncompliance that require executive action or have institution-wide impact.
