Objectives:
- Recognize signs of a struggling student by identifying key indicators of academic, clinical, and behavioral struggles in students during clinical rotations.
- Apply early and effective approaches for addressing student difficulties through support and adjustments.
- Determine when a student has not met rotation standards and how to assess their performance objectively while providing feedback.
- Create a remediation plan and determine when to consider dismissal from the rotation.
Audience: Pharmacists and UT CPPS Preceptors
