The UToledo Invitational Sales Competition (UTISC) is a premier platform for fostering
the skills, values, and ethics of tomorrow's sales professionals. To maintain the
integrity of the competition, all participants (university and corporate) are expected
to adhere to this Professional Code of Conduct. By upholding these standards, we create
an environment of mutual respect, fairness, and professionalism that reflects the
core principles of the sales profession.
1. Integrity and Fairness
