Student Workers

The University of Toledo Police Department employs students in the Fingerprint Office. 

UToledo students may apply for the positions. A background check – including driving history, criminal record, and employment history (including absenteeism) – will be conducted prior to employment. 

  • Fingerprint Office – Operate National Webcheck computer for background checks. Perform manual ink roll out fingerprints on BCI & I and FBI cards. Answer phone calls, monitor online appointment calendar, collecting payments, preparing daily deposits, preparing monthly invoices, and other duties assigned.
