Publicity Requests

Please complete the PUBLICITY APPLICATIONon InvoNet to request any of the following:

  • Student Union Glass Display Cases
  • Student Union Glass-Covered Bulletin Boards
  • Banners in the Atrium of the Student Union (above Starbucks) *Banners should be the size of a twin bed sheet, no bigger or smaller.*
  • Marketing space on the OSIL TV (outside of SU 1532)

Publicity spaces can only be reserved for a maximum of two weeks. There must be a minimum of two weeks between each publicity request. All requests start on Mondays and end on Fridays.

This form should be completed at least two weeks before your desired publicity dates. Space reservations are not guaranteed when you submit this form. Requests are processed in the order of which they are received. Student Union staff hangs banners on Mondays. Banners and posters must be dropped off at the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership the Friday before the start of your scheduled reservations. Student Union staff hangs banners and kiosk posters on Mondays.


Banner requirements: 

  • May not be larger than a twin sheet (38 inches x 75inches)
  • No glitter
  • Any object on the banner must be secured
