Pass Rate on the National Licensure Exam
To obtain a license to practice physical therapy in the United States a person must have a degree in physical therapy from an accredited physical therapist education program and pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE). The data reflects first time pass rate and ultimate pass rate. Ultimate pass rate is the final pass rate of graduates regardless of the number of attempts to pass the exam.
