Whether you are looking for a telescope for yourself, another adult, or a child, this workshop is for you! We will look at how telescopes work, how to choose the right telescope for your specific needs, and what accessories you may or may not need. A quality telescope can be purchased for as little as one hundred dollars, or for thousands of dollars. Whether you are just starting out in astronomy, or looking to upgrade your telescope this workshop will save you time, money, and frustration.

Reservations are not required. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children. Observing at the Brooks Observatory will follow, weather permitting.
