Hesham Youssef serves as the COMLS Financial Operations Administrator 2 for the Department of Emergency Medicine and the Department of Radiation Oncology at The University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences.
He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and an Executive Master of Business Administration
from the University of Toledo. Hesham also holds a Certificate in Academic Emergency
Medicine Administration (CAEMA).
Since joining UT in 2007, he has supported multiple academic and clinical departments,
including Orthopedics, Physiology and Pharmacology, Family Medicine and Anesthesiology
department. He now leads administrative operations for Emergency Medicine and Radiation
Oncology, overseeing finance, budgeting, and departmental management. In addition
to his UT responsibilities, Hesham is actively involved in professional service and
advocacy, serving as the MGMA Legislative Liaison for Ohio, representing medical practice
management interests at the state level.

Tamara Harris serves as the Administrative Assistant for the Department of Emergency Medicine at The University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences.
She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Toledo and has maintained her Registered Medical Assistant Certification (RMA) since 2014. She supports departmental operations through administrative coordination, faculty support, and day-to-day office management.
