Office of Student Involvement & Leadership


The Office of Student Involvement and Leadership works with UTPD to schedule police and/or paramedics for student organization events. During your Pre-event Planning Meeting, UTPD will review details and assign officers and/or paramedics if needed. You do not need to contact these resources on your own.


$70/hr (2-hour minimum)

$120/hr for 2 paramedics (2-hour minimum)

Security and Paramedic Event Fee Assistance

Student Organizations have the opportunity to receive financial assistance up to 33% off of security/police and paramedic costs associated with their events. In order to request assistance, registered Student Organizations must submit a Security/Paramedic Event Fee Assistance Form to the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership no later than 7 days after an event is completed.
