Notification of Acceptance: December 18, 2026

*Abstract first authors will be notified via email if their submission was selected as a poster or platform presentation.*

An abstract has to be submitted to be chosen for a poster or platform.

Poster Submission Guidelines:

• Poster size will be printed as a 24*36 by the Neurology Department
• Posters must be uploaded as a PDF
• Submit ONLY your final draft.
  • Posters should be reviewed by the primary author prior to submission.
  • The department will NOT be proofreading submissions prior to printing. If a poster needs to be reprinted due to overlooked errors, the cost will be covered by the primary author.
• Platform Guidelines:
  • If your abstract was selected for a platform presentation, you must submit a PowerPoint of your presentation by the submission deadline to Carlee.Easton@UToledo.Edu. 

Poster submissions will be open starting on Dec. 18, 2026, and will close Feb. 8, 2027.
