Neurology Research Day Poster Submissions
Poster Submission Guidelines:
- Poster size will be printed as a 24*36 by the Neurology Department
- Posters must be uploaded as a PDF
- Submit ONLY your final draft.
- Posters should be reviewed by the primary author prior to submission.
- The department will NOT be proofreading submissions prior to printing. If a poster needs to be reprinted due to overlooked errors, the cost will be covered by the primary author.
- Platform Guidelines:
- If your abstract was selected for a platform presentation, you must submit a PowerPoint of your presentation by the submission deadline to Madison.Zeller@rockets.utoledo.edu.
Abstract Timeline:
Abstract Submission Deadline: November 1, 2023
Notification of Acceptance: December 5-6, 2023
*Abstract first authors will be notified via email if their submission was selected
as a poster or platform presentation.*
