RocketEx Class Descriptions

Bootcamp:  Incorporates cardio drills and multiple strength training movements using your body weight and free weights. This workout is sure to take your fitness and endurance to the next level. The class format is always changing and will be sure to push you!

Pilates: A combination of muscular strength combinations and endurance exercises that increases flexibility, body alignment, and balance. Prepare to engage your core and improve your stamina with exercises that are appropriate for all levels.

Cycle: A high-intensity indoor cycling class that is the ultimate calorie killer. Start pedaling and go through various speeds and intensities to increase your cardiovascular endurance while strengthening your body and mind.

Yoga: Challenge and connect your mind and body with yoga asanas, vinyasas, conscious breathing, stretching, and relaxation techniques. Yoga is an individual practice where all judgment, competition, and expectations are let go. The focus is internal, connecting breath, body and mind.

Zumba: This is an interval workout. The class moves between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and improve cardiovascular endurance.

CORE: Whether you’re running, walking, or bending to pick something up, it’s the muscles of the core that work to stabilize the body and maintain proper balance which helps to prevent injury. It’s all about the core! This class will focus on strengthening the core muscles while also secretly working out other muscles in your body! Our body is connected, but it starts with the core to support and keep it all together! Are you up for the challenge? Sure you are so let’s go!!

Cardio Drumming: This activity takes a simple movement - drumming - and turns it into a full-body workout that will leave you sweating and feeling great. Cardio drumming brings together drumsticks, an exercise ball, and an exercise ball stand to create one of the most fun workouts you'll ever do.

Full Body Burn: This full body class will strengthen your muscles and help you burn those calories! Come to get a good circuit style workout in that will not take too much of your time. You will be working, legs, arms and abs as well as working on cardio in this 45 minute long class. We start with a warm-up and end with a cool-down! See you soon! 

Splash Dance: It’s a fitness party in the water!! You’re going to splash and flow to the beat of this water fitness class! Splash dance is a medium/high intensity water fitness class that combines line dancing with water athletic moves! Water fitness is less strenuous on your body and it also gives you double the workout by utilizing the resistance of the water. Kick up your workout by adding water weights, noodles and kick boards too!

Aqua Strength and Toning: This is a workout that focuses on toning the body and strengthening muscles. Obtaining a greater degree of stretching and building the muscles is the key in this water fitness workout! You’ll get double the workout in water too with adding the resistance of the water!

MX4: This programming is small group training that revolves around the four pillars of fitness: cardio, power, strength and endurance. MX4 utilizes the Connexus functional training system. MX4 bridges the gap between personal training and group exercise, offering small group training to build community and consistency.
