RocketEx Class Descriptions

Athletic Conditioning combines strength training, cardio, core, plyometric movements, speed, and agility drills to deliver a total body workout! This class is designed to challenge you as an individual within a team atmosphere. Take Athletic Conditioning to reach your maximum physical capacity in strength, speed, agility, and fitness. 

Cardio & Core utilizes high intensity interval training principles to provide a knockout workout class in 30 minutes. Cardio & Core combines movement patterns designed to challenge your cardio and build a stronger core in a fun, supportive group setting.  

Cardio Drumming classes are the perfect way to rock out while you improve your cardiovascular fitness. Follow the instructor as you use our drumsticks to drum to the beat of the music to burn calories, have fun, and improve endurance. HIGH Fitness® is a ZERO equipment, full body workout that has been shown to improve overall endurance, stamina, strength, and cardiovascular health. Classes are fun, easy to follow, and choreographed to set you up for success. More importantly, it yields extremely important mental health benefits. Beyond the workout, HIGH Fitness brings fun, fabulous music, and a community like no other – connection, support, and inclusion reap their own benefits on both the mind and body!   

MX4 training combines the four pillars of fitness: cardio, power, strength and endurance for a full-body workout. MX4 utilizes the Connexus functional training system, various cardio equipment, and other resistance training equipment to provide a well-rounded workout. Pilates combines muscular strength and endurance exercises to increase strength, flexibility, body alignment, and balance. Prepare to engage your core and improve your stamina with exercises that are appropriate for all levels. 

RocketCycle is a high-intensity indoor cycling class that is the ultimate calorie burner. Ride the hills, crush sprints, and complete other cycle skills as you increase your cardio endurance while strengthening your body and mind. 

Strength & Core is a full-body resistance training class designed to teach proper form of various exercises. Build strength and build community in this circuit training class.  

Turn Up! encourages participants to evolve unapologetically, live loudly, and dance ruthlessly in a fun, upbeat dance fitness cardio class. Routines are pre-choreographed and designed for participants to follow along easily. Classes led by a fierce instructor leaving you feeling confident, strong, and ready to take on the world.  

Yoga is an individual practice where all judgment, competition, and expectations are let go. The focus is internal, connecting the breath to the mind and body through various poses, stretches, flows, and relaxation sections to improve flexibility, mindfulness, and develop a stronger mind-body connection. Check out Gentle Yoga for a slower paced, more restorative yoga practice.  

Zumba® is perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning latin and world rhythms dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
