Rachael Decker, M.Ed. — Associate Director, Programs & Assessment419.530.3702 The primary function of this position is to provide leadership and direction in all programming areas of the department, which includes Aquatic Programming and Operations, Camps, Competitive Sports, Fitness/Wellness and Special Event Recreational Programs, with specific duties in the area of Fitness/Wellness and serving as direct contact for university wide student wellness. Also this position is responsible for management of all assessment related tools for the department which includes, assisting the Director with the departments strategic plan assessment process, assisting with annual member user and bi-annual student employee satisfaction surveys, lead developer of the department’s Division of Student Affairs assessment plan, and serving on division and university wide assessment committees as needed. |

Nancy Burhans, M.Ed. — Assistant Director, Facilities Operations419.530.3705 The primary function of this position is to provide leadership and direction in all daily functions of the operations of the facilities managed by the department which includes the Student Recreation Center, Carter Field(s) and Health Education Center. Work directly with campus Facility Management to maintain clean and safe facilities which includes maintenance and custodial needs of all UToledo Rec Facilities. |
Laurie Tomkinson — Assistant Director, Guest Services and Marketing419.530.3707 The primary function of this position is to provide leadership and direction in all Guest/Information Services, Marketing/Promotion, Website Development, Memberships, Sponsorships, Fundraising and Technology Management for the department. |

Also, to provide leadership and direction of the department’s student employee training and development area. |

Jacob Rasmussen, M.A. — Coordinator, Aquatics & Challenge419.530.3719 The primary function of this position is to provide coordination, planning, and supervision of all Aquatics Operations, Programs, and Safety Education of the department, which includes CPR/First Aid Courses, Lifeguard Instructor Courses, Lifeguard Courses and training for department personnel. The Challenge area includes, Climbwall, Slackline, High Ropes, Key Log Rolling and Team Building. |

Colten Bonk — Graduate Assistant, Aquaticscolten.bonk@rockets.utoledo.edu This assistantship works in conjunction with the Coordinator of Aquatics and Challenge to provide quality aquatics programs and activities. This position is responsible for coordinating lifeguards and promoting swim lessons for the Office of Recreational Services. In addition, the Graduate Assistant of Aquatics assists with oversight of the private swim lessons and training staff. |

This position is responsible for coordinating and promoting well-being education and prevention efforts for Recreational Services. In addition, the Graduate Assistant of Wellness assists with oversight of the peer education program. |
