to let them know you've applied to graduate and may not have appeared on their earlier
reports of candidates for an upcoming graduation.
Undergraduate Students
You may still apply after the posted deadline for graduation. However, applying to
graduate after the deadline means you may miss important graduation-related mailings,
may not appear in the commencement program, and may not allow your college or department
sufficient time to complete an evaluation of your record prior to the term's end.
If you apply to graduate after the deadline, you must be proactive in making final
preparations for graduation and commencement to help ensure it goes smoothly. Contact
your college office to let them know you've applied to graduate and may not have appeared
on their earlier reports of candidates for an upcoming graduation.
Graduate Students
Applications for graduation may be accepted after the deadline date. However, applying
after the deadline may mean the student may miss graduation related information and
mailings and the student's name may not appear in the commencement program. Students in the College of Graduate Studies at both the Main and Health Science campuses
as well as students in the Master of Business Administration program should contact
their academic advisor for further information when applying after the posted deadline.
Law Students

the deadline may mean you miss important graduation-related mailings and your name
may not appear in the commencement program or honors book. Contact the College of Law Registrar's Office for further information when applying
