It is important the College of Graduate Studies receives your complete application packet at least 3 weeks prior to the individual departmental deadlines.  If your department does not appear on the list you may also wish to check the department web page to determine if there are departmental deadlines.

Applications received later than 3 weeks prior to the department deadline cannot be guaranteed processing by departmental deadlines.
