Launch or accelerate a career in Higher Education Compliance

Universities face a myriad of compliance obligations. Federal statutes like Title IX, the Clery Act, and FERPA, accrediting body regulations, and even NCAA sports rules, are creating a need for compliance professionals with specialized knowledge. Through a mix of courses in Higher Education Law and skills-based courses in compliance, this 17-credit certificate program aims to prepare students to serve as compliance professionals in colleges, universities, and educational organizations.

The program is designed for completion by part-time students in 10 to 12 months, in an entirely online format. Nine credits of any of the compliance programs can be rolled in to the Masters of Studies in Law degree.
