Please join us to discuss hot and emerging topics in both consumer and corporate bankruptcy practice. Our panel will discuss an interesting blend of consumer practice topics such as the automatic stay, the role of the chapter 7 trustee, and recovery through avoidance actions. We will also discuss Bitcoin and the Bankruptcy Venue Reform Bill of 2018 (S. 2282). Beverages and snacks will be provided.
