Limited Submissions Funding Opportunities

This is a list of limited funding opportunities available for UT faculty and graduate/professional students to apply for. Each opportunity has its own individual application in addition to the internal UT submission requirements. Please contact a Research Coordinator for your campus for assistance regarding the announcements below.

backgrounds as well as early
career scientist are eligible

Organizational PAESMEM
Must be affiliated with a US

educational institution or
agency, corporation, foundation, 
military or government agency,
or not-for-profit organization.
The organizational nominee may
be a mentoring program or
activity within an organization.
Organizational nominees must 
have at least five years of
sustained, exceptional mentoring
with demonstrated impact on
individuals underrepresented in STEM.  Individuals from 
disadvantage socioeconomic 
backgrounds as well as early
career scientist are eligible

Only one nomination per
individual and one
nomination per organization wlll be considered.

Women's Health Research Award
$25,000. Sponsor provides two non-recurring awards.
Medical institution must accept this award on the awardees behalf. 100% of award amount must go to the research study directly.

Chosen awardees must supply a letter from their institution's grants office or equivalent agreeing to such.

FWW favors focused, quality study design.

Foundation for Women's Wellness   PI must be an MD and/
or PhD with faculty
appointment of
investigator, assistant 
professor or higher at
an accredited U.S.
academic institution or
similar non-profit medical
research institution.
