    McComas Village

    McComas Village

(2940-3130 Village Loop, Toledo, OH 43606)

Home to seven sororities and seven fraternities, McComas Village is located very close to the Glass Bowl and Parks Tower. The fraternities residing in the village are Pi Kappa Alpha, Pi Kappa Phi, Sigma Phi Epsilon, Theta Chi, Phi Kappa Psi, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and Kappa Delta Rho. The sororities are Chi Omega, Kappa Delta, Pi Beta Phi, Delta Delta Delta, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Chi Omega, and Alpha Xi Delta. The center of The Village hosts events sponsored by the Village Council, All-Greek events like Greek Week, as well as individual chapter events. Students who live in the village have the opportunity to participate in the Trading Letters program, Holiday Lights, the Halloween Walk, and many other philanthropy events.
Built like townhouses, each air-conditioned building has a common area with a formal living and dining area on the main floor. The first floor has a full kitchen and laundry room, while the second and third floors serve as living quarters with two and three-person rooms. The basement serves as a recreation area in most units. Each house has a personality influenced by the individual chapters and members. Generally, students living in The Village are members of a Greek chapter. All rooms have hookups for cable TV, telephone, and the mainframe computer system.
