The Office of Recreation Challenge Department can cater a teambuilding experience for your organization or team that is like no other in the City of Toledo. Taking the results and goals of the group; we will create a half day program just for you. We can involve our one of a kind ropes course, climb wall, low initiatives/teambuilding activities that will help your organization grow for optimal performance and results.
The low initiative course consists of group initiatives and problem solving activities, designed to physically and mentally challenge participants. These activities are designed to work on teamwork, communication, trust, conflict resolution and decision making. Based on the needs of your group, the Challenge Department staff can tailor the activities accordingly.
