Conditional Admission

Conditional Admission is done on a one-semester trial basis. Students are required to obtain a minimum of a 2.0 GPA during the trial semester. Not doing so can result in being suspended from The University of Toledo for one calendar year. Grades of W, IN and PR will be considered as non-completion and may also impact continued enrollment and financial aid.

The following may occur as a result of conditional admission status:

Financial Aid may be affected by this conditional status and a student may not be eligible for aid during the trial semester. Rocket Solution Central should be contacted in regards to any financial aid questions.

Students will remain on conditional status until final grades are posted for the trial semester. At that time, University College staff will evaluate all conditional students and if a GPA is above a 2.0, the conditional status will be removed. It is ONLY at this time that one can be taken off conditional status.
