Masters in Liberal Studies/Africana Studies
This graduate degree requires the three seminars of the MLS program and 21 credit hours in Africana Studies. Each seminar is 3 credit hours and covers humanities, social studies, and science. Nine of the 21 credit hours are fulfilled by an African-American Issues course that meets every first Saturday of the month from September to May. No thesis is required.
